We understand plans change. Here's our fair and transparent policy for cancellations and rescheduling.

Rescheduling Your Booking
Need to change your date? We make it easy and flexible.

Free Rescheduling

You can reschedule your booking one time at no charge if you notify us at least 3 days before your scheduled date. Your deposit will transfer to the new date.

  • Contact us at least 3 days in advance
  • Choose any available date within 6 months
  • Your deposit automatically transfers
  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $50 fee

How to Reschedule:

Call us at (406) 677-1969 or email [email protected] with your booking ID and preferred new date. We'll check availability and confirm your new booking within 24 hours.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund amounts are based on how far in advance you cancel

7+ Days Before Booking

100% refund of your deposit. Cancel anytime up to 7 days before your scheduled rental for a full refund. No questions asked.

3-7 Days Before Booking

50% refund of your deposit. We understand last-minute changes happen, so you'll receive half of your deposit back. Consider rescheduling instead to keep your full deposit.

Less Than 3 Days Before Booking

No refund. Due to the short notice and difficulty rebooking, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 3 days of your rental. We may still be able to reschedule for a $50 fee.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will appear on your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

Weather & Emergency Situations

In cases of severe weather, road closures, or emergency situations that prevent us from safely delivering the sauna, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Equipment Issues

If we experience equipment failure or maintenance issues that prevent us from fulfilling your booking, you'll receive a full refund or priority rescheduling with a 10% discount on your next rental.
